2008 Theme
As you sit down at the end of a long day, what thoughts instantly float to mind? Items left on the To Do list, laughter shared with your family, an encouraging reminder or lesson learned from God, frustrations experienced, a conversation with a friend or your spouse, how tired you are, a moment you’d like to relive with your child(ren)…In this unwinding from your day, do you take the time to dream about what God desires for you? Dreaming perhaps seems like a childhood luxury and not a part of “real” living, especially in the day to day details.
This year at Mom to Mom we are endeavoring to read God’s Word and study His desires for our dreams. Let’s not simply settle for the easy, routine path but allow God’s transforming of us to set our paths on fire. In God Has A Dream For Your Life, Sheila Walsh walks us through dreaming and living for God as we experience freedom, rooted identity, love, forgiveness, redemption, peace, and transitions.
