CHILDREN'S MINISTRY SURVEY RESULTS
We
are excited for your interest in the Elementary Ministries here at
NewSong! I want to personally
assure you that we are committed to provide a an environment that helps nurture
what we see in 2 Peter 2:1-11 as some essential elements of character development
that indicate spiritual maturation and the emergence of life disciplines
appropriate to the students age and emerging identity.
Our
Route 56 Ministries is designed to anchor our pre-teens with a biblical world
view as we journey with them into their teen years. As we navigate with them through the Old and New Testaments
we seek to show them how ancient truths give them a road map for their modern
journey.
Deuteronomy 6:5-7 “Love the LORD your God with all your
heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you
today are to be upon your hearts.
Impress them on your children, talk about them when you sit at home and when
you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”
Our
teams of co-laborers are dedicated and committed to the mission of helping your
child grow in their knowledge, experience, and love for God. Our children deserve the very best
ministry that we can provide, and I believe that parental involvement is
essential to that success. And to
you the parent, who are privileged with the primary responsibility and greatest
influence in the life of the child.
I am committed to partnering with you to see our kids make a difference
in the world around them.
Blessings to you and all the opportunities God give you in pouring out
His love, grace, and truth in the life of your child.
Partnering
together,

sunday mornings: The Children’s Ministries gather at both the 9:00am and 11:00am services. Our ROUTE 56 (for 5th & 6th graders) gatherings happen at the 9:00 am service only.
route 56: This is a ministry designed for the developmental needs of our 5th & 6th grade students. We spend our time discovering how to apply the truths of the Old and New Testaments. Quarterly we have a special activity like a game night or an outing as a group!
40 developmental assets workshops: Quarterly we host parent workshops that are provided to support, resource, and equip families. Our ministry is dedicated to supplement the parent in their primary responsibility to exercise their Biblical mandate to lay a spiritual foundation, that in God’s timing, will lead a child into a loving relationship with God.
