She serves as right hand personnel to Dennis, lead pastor, as well as heading up NewSong's department of human resources . She is remarkably talented at balancing task agenda items alongside pressing spiritual matters. Robin has years of both corporate and ministry employment and will soon complete her B.S. in Business Administration. |

As chair of NewSong's Design Team, Daren works with both our Core-teaching Team and Creative Arts Team to order our weekend services in a way that best compliments the spiritual theme of each event. Daren regularly seeks creative input from others to design the most worshipful atmosphere possible. Daren has completed his M.A. in Organizational Leadership and his B.A. in Communication. |

Somehow, she has managed to fly under the radar, which speaks highly of her servant's heart and desire to serve without recognition. Chris has been working with the Student Ministries at NewSong since 2000. He loves connecting with students and adults who love students. He desires to see students connect with Christ and the Church. Chris was married in July '06 to his beautiful wife Benny. He has been much more enjoyable to work with ever since. Chris has completed both his Masters of Divinity and his B.A. in Youth Ministry & Business Administration. |

Janine co-leads our Early Childhood Ministry. She is committed to helping NewSong provide a firm foundation for children in their early walks with God. It is her desire that each child will grow to love and serve Jesus. She brings with her a tender, compassionate, and loving touch. Janine was recently married to her husband Josh. She has a B.A. in Education with an emphasis in Child Development. |

Linda brings a great deal of administrative expertise from her years of office employment and perhaps even more valuable years of home experience as a mom of four. Linda helps keep us up to date on all our daily needs (i.e. printing, mailing, and software upgrades). |

Kristie partners with Janine to lead our Early Childhood Ministry. Her colorful toes and Disney clothes make for a fun transition as parents bring their little ones to NewSong. Kristie and her husband John have two children in the elementary area. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education, and has taken multiple courses in working with Special Needs children. |

Ray brings much expertise - especially in the areas of leadership management. Ray is also founder of Leadership Praxis; an organization dedicated to cultivating leadership through assessments, training, coaching and fostering a culture of learning and execution. Ray recently completed his DMin and became a grandfather within the same month. |
