George Haraksin II |
Geroge serves as interim Lead Pastor of NewSong Church and oversees the staff, core leadership teams, and Christian spiritual formation and Equipping at NewSong. He is an elder board team member, and facilitates our Teaching Team. In addition, George is an adjunct instructor in Philosophy at Azusa Pacific University and an adjunct professor at Tozer Theological Seminary, Simpson University. George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Religion from California State University at Fullerton and a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy and Ethics from Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. He is currently working on another Masters and Ph.D. in philosophy at Claremont Graduate University. George has been interviewed by Moody Magazine concerning apologetics in the local church and is a contributor to The Encyclopedia of Practical Theology and Ministry with entries on Virtues and Vices. George has been married to his wife for 21 years and they have two boys. |

Robin Hardiman |
Robin oversees our H.R., I.T., benevolence, administration, and facilities needs. She sees her contribution to the NewSong community as one that supports and provides a strong foundation for ministry to happen. Robin has years of both corporate and ministry employment, has earned her B.S. in Business Management, and is continuing on to pursue her Master of Management. |

Dennis Bachman |
Dennis has a vision to see NewSong move outside the walls of the church to touch our immediate community and world around us. He has a suprising balance of administrative and pastoral giftings, which benefits our community greatly with his commitment to God and loving those around him. We are blessed to partner with him in ministry. Dennis has completed his M.A. in Pastoral Studies and his B.A. in Business Administration & Psychology. |

As chair of NewSong's Design Team, Daren works with both our Core-teaching Team and Creative Arts Team to order our weekend services in a way that best compliments the spiritual theme of each event. Daren regularly seeks creative input from others to design the most worshipful atmosphere possible. Daren has completed his M.A. in Organizational Leadership and his B.A. in Communication. |

It's amazing how many people are unaware that Susan has served on our staff for seventeen years. Somehow, she has managed to fly under the radar, which speaks highly of her servant's heart and desire to serve without recognition. We are so grateful for her many gifts of organization and accountability. Susan has her A.A degree in Accounting and years of practical experience. |

Tim Gardner |
We know that Tim will help us greatly advance our "commission" efforts to local middle & high school campuses. Tim is currently working on his Masters of Divinity degree at APU, having just recently completed his B.A in Youth Ministry. If you have not yet met him, you are sure to find him to be one of the nicest guys around. |

Morgan Greer |
For the past seven years, Morgan has worked with college and young adults, 4 years with Campus Crusade for Christ at UCSD and for the past 3 years within our own Exodus ministries here at NewSong. Morgan has a deep commitment to discipling college students and leading missions trips. He looks forward to advancing both of these efforts this year here at NewSong. Most recently, Morgan completed his MDiv at APU. |

Whenever Connie is around children, she possesses a contagious energy. Every day, she boasts her appreciation to work alongside such an incredible team. Connie has worked in children's ministry since 1993. She most recently launched a new ministry called "the Attic", which reaches out to children who have experienced extreme loss. Connie has her B.A.in Human Development. |

Chris has been working with the Student Ministries at NewSong since 2000. He loves connecting with students and adults who love students. He desires to see students connect with Christ and the Church. Chris was married in July '06 to his beautiful wife Benny. He has been much more enjoyable to work with ever since. Chris has completed both his Masters of Divinity and his B.A. in Biblical Studies & Business Administration. |

Janine co-leads our Early Childhood Ministry. She is committed to helping NewSong provide a firm foundation for children in their early walks with God. It is her desire that each child will grow to love and serve Jesus. She brings with her a tender, compassionate, and loving touch. Janine was recently married to her husband Josh. She has a B.A. in Education with an emphasis in Child Development. |

Kristie partners with Janine to lead our Early Childhood Ministry. Her colorful toes and Disney clothes make for a fun transition as parents bring their little ones to NewSong. Kristie and her husband John have two children in the elementary area. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education, and has taken multiple courses in working with Special Needs children. |

Linda Treydte |
Linda Treydte recently joined the NewSong Staff as Reception & Core Administration Coordinator. She serves in the Front Office Monday through Thursday, ready to receive you personally, answer e-mail inquiries, or take your phone calls. She will be carrying out many different administrative tasks, as well as assisting Lead Pastor George Haraksin. |
