Summary:  We continue our series about Discerning God’s Will by learning about God’s moral will, the part of God’s will that He expressly reveals to us in scripture.  Most of us skip right over God’s moral will because we think it is too general, instead wanting to know God’s will for very specific circumstances in our own life.  But God’s moral will is abundant (found throughout scripture) and sufficient (all that the believer needs in order to follow in God’s way).  We should also see that God’s moral will is more than a list of do’s and don’ts; rather, it’s part of the way He shapes us to become more and more like Christ as we participate in obedience and in partnership with the Holy Spirit.
