Speaker: George Haraksin
Scripture: Ephesians 1-3
Summary: When we are born we learn to sit before we walk. This process holds true for the Christian life as well. Sitting is an attitude of rest, and the whole of the Christian life is predicated upon our dependence on the Lord Jesus (apart from Him we can do nothing—John 15:5). In Ephesians it teaches that those who trust in the God who raised Jesus from the dead are “seated” in “the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus.” This has abundant application to our daily lives when we come to know and trust this reality.
