Speaker:     John Selbak
Scripture:    1 Peter 2:9-17
Summary:     Citizenship matters, especially when a citizen sees their primary allegiance to the King Jesus and the kingdom of God.  While being a citizen provides us with rights; the Christian will not allow rights to replace responsibility. Developing virtuous character, in order to best contribute the national commonwealth, is a call to sacrifice, civility, intellectual objectivity, concern for the public good, and compassion.
